TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) - In the heart of southern Arizona, an “impossible” dream is becoming a reality.

Jessica Cox, famous for being the first licensed armless pilot in history, is now leading a team to build an aircraft that matches her extraordinary skills: a plane designed to be flown without hands.
